Under The Sea!

What a day i have had! I cant even say i was rushing around because i wasnt but i had one of those days where nothing went right. I am shattered because Carrie was up all night not feeling great. that just set me off in the wrong foot for the rest of the day!

Today is the start of the latest Oozak Challenge. Its a picture inspiration this time.
Here it is...

Here is my take on it...Under the sea with Mermaid Tilda!

I had fun making this card. Firstly i won this stamp in a blog candy and have never used it...shame on me!
I also decided to try something new and use craft wire and Flower Soft to create the spiral stamens and then also used metalic flakes to cover the anchor. This could be a bit addicitive and after a few practice runs on card i decided not to buff it all up and left some areas with a mat look. This made a more textured look i think.

Here is a closer look at the Flower Soft and Metalic Flakes on the anchor.
Here is the materials i used which is available from the Oozak Store.

I also used Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby Papers
Cricut Potpourri Basket Cartridge for the anchor cut
Glossy Accents on the bubbles
Sizzix Thinlets Doily Die & Doily Border
Jute String
Tulle
Ribbon

I am now off to relax and watch a film in bed and maybe i will have a better day tomorrow! If you have time pop over to the Oozak Blog to check out the other creations made my the design team!

Goodnight from Scotland!!
Hugs
