Cold and Frosty!

Hello, Hope your enjoying your weekend! We had some snow here yesterday but only a thin covering on the ground which melted away after a hours or two as it turned to rain.

I have been having such a great time with my new Silhouette Portrait! I had the Cricut Expression but i hardly used it. I felt Cricut has really limited what we can do with the machines so i packed it all up and sold it.
I cannot believe what these machine can do! I reserched it before i bought it but even so, i am still finding new things to do on it. I upgraded to the Designer Edition of the software and have already made a few simple cutting files. I cant believe the difference between this and the Cricut...the Silhouette machines put Cricut to shame. Well in my opinion. I know everyone has their own favourites.

Anyway here is am with my card for the Crafty Calendar Challenge that started this morning.
The theme this month is...

Colour Challenge @ Crafty Calendar challenge!

Hi, Hope your having a lovely day! we have had the most beautful weather here the past few days. Tonight is  so hot and stuffy..yuk!
What a few days its been. Has anyone been experiencing problems with Blogger? I have been having a nightmare of a time with the CCC Admin Blog. It has a virus and i cant get rid of it. Whenever we go to view the blog it redirects us to some strange "high risk" website. I was told they use that virus to track you IP address etc...i am not clued up on computers etc so i think its going to be better to close that one and start over. What a pain but nothing couldnt be done to stop this, not even by blogger.

Anyway, because of all the issues i had this is me just getting my Crafty Calendar Challenge                                                                                                                                              card posted.

I am going to have a crafty day today (well thats the plan!) I have been working on a Inspiration Journal which has been good fun creating. I will show some pictures once i get some more pages done.

Anyway i am here with my DT card for the Craft Calendar Challenge.
This month the theme is ..
"Love and Marriage"

I had someone order a engagement card last week so i decided to use this for the challenge. Last week i tided up my all my stamps and put them into some kind of order again and cleaned them all up properly so i came across stamps that i have not used for so long.  This LOTV stamp was a favourite of mine when it was released but it had sadly been neglected so thought it would be good for this card.
Here it is...

Papers - Echo Park "Be Mine"
Dies/punches - Spellbinders Beaded Oval, Sizzixs circle dies, Memory Box Butterfly, Marianne Design Flourishes

Here is another couple of views of my card..

I would like to enter this into the following challenges -
