Elphine House Australia - Sketch Challenge

 Hi, i hope your all having a great week so far for a new Elphine House Australia Challenge!

The challenge is thid fab sketch from janneke!

You can flip it, turn it, whatever you want but we must see the sketch in there somewhere.

As always to enter our challenge you have to use a Elisabeth Bell image. Any of her images count and there are so many out there! The prize is two Elphine House Australia Stamps! You must go have a look in the EHA store and check out all the newest stamps, they are all just gorgeous!

Fairy Faye!

Hi, I hope you have all enjoyed the gorgeous sun we are having in the Uk right now. Yesterday i had the most relaxing day sitting in the sun...with plenty of suncream i may add! I burn really easily and got enough wrong with me without having sun burn in the mix!

Well Carries Flower Girls dress arrived on Saturday and is the perfect fit. Its just gorgeous, she looked perfect!

I had one of those moments of "oh my god, where has my baby girl gone" as i stood looking at her. They grow up so fast its unbelievable!

 Today have got one of the newest Elphine House Australia stamps called Fairy Faye Make a Wish. As with all Elisabeth Bells images she is just so adorable. I am not sure if i like this card or not. Its not a colour combo i use a lot so it might grow on me! Think its too dark for me.

Embellishments - Tulle, pearls, flowers etc are all from my stash. Although the white pom pom ribbon was out a free gift from a magazine.

Make a Wish!

Hi Its just a quick post tonight. Still not feeling great and this chest infection is not shifting, slightly better but still there. I have also gave my poor Mum it and she sounds awful. I have also spent the day searching for a Flower Girls dress for Carrie. She is a flower girl in the Gala Day this year. They do it so its the Primary 3's who get the chance of being the Flower Girls/Page Boy so she will only get this one chance so want her to be lovely and really enjoy it. Its not until July but i want to get the dress in plenty time in case it needs the size altered. Carrie is more interested in what Tiara she will wear though!

I am just here to post this card i just made for the fun of it. I really love Mo's Digital Pencil digi's and have got lots saved on my computer that i haven't used yet so this is one i bought a few weeks ago.

She really is cute with her little bent inwards legs!

Papers - Yes you guessed it..MME last and found 2 collection (just bought the big 12x12 180 page pad a few weeks ago and hate cutting them!) Edges inked in Old Paper Distress ink.

Dies/punches - Butterfly punch and a pre punched border i was given so dont know the name.

Embellishments - Flowers from WOC, chain, charm and gems from my stash.

Well thats it from me tonight. We had such beautiful weather today here in Sunny Scotland but at dinner time we had a thunder and lightening with the heaviest rain i have seen in a while.

Hope your having a great Sunday. Its lovely and sunny here in Scotland today and i am still not feeling great. For those that have managed to keep up with my hospital visits, the visit on Thurdsay was not the best news ever. I am still destroying my own Red Cells and my bloods are not as good as they were a few weeks ago. This might be because i have been ill with the sickness bug then flu which has went into a Chest Infection. So its the usual story..."wait and see!" I think that must be the most used line that doctors use!

I am off to make a card and maybe get it posted later on!

Elphine House Australia Challenge - Alter it

 Its that time for a new Elphine House Australia Challenge!

The challenge is to Alter it!

I am really looking forward to see all your altered bits and pieces!

As always to enter our challenge you have to use a Elisabeth Bell image. Any of her images count and there are so many out there! The prize is two Elphine House Australia Stamps! You must go have a look in the EHA store and check out all the stamps available now, the collection is really building up and i love them all!

I am off to get a Lemsip as i have now got a cold with a temperature and aching body. I have just got rid of the sickness bug too. I have got the Hematology clinic on Thursday, fingers crossed  this has not knocked my bloods off and my blood count has managed to stay up. I am so would be so happy if this AIHA episode is over with.

Hi, Hope you have all enjoyed your weekend and welcome to my new followers! I have spent the last 5 days nursing the kids as the have had a sickness bug. I thought i had escaped it but no such luck! The one thing i cant stand is being sick. Carrie still has a bit of a temperature so is off school today and will most likely take a few days to get over it.

This is just a quick post with a card i made just for the fun of it. I won this stamp a while back along with the rest of the collection. They are so adorable but i am ashamed to say that i dont use them as much as i should..they are gorgeous!

Crafty Calendar Challenge - Things with Wings!!

Good Morning..a very early good morning. Its 7.30am on a Sunday morning! I am up to get my CCC post done. All day yesterday i was trying to get David and the kids off the laptop so i could get my post done...they all had some reason or other of why they needed my laptop. I would have been more patient but in this house hold is 2 i-pads, 2 net-books, a PC,  i pod touch and my old laptop! Why they had to use my laptop was beyond me. 

They all complain about the state of the laptop at times. Its usually got post it notes stuck around the screen, lumps of glue, glitter, a few stray sticky pads! God knows how i make as much mess but i am rather good at it!!

Okay, enough rambling! Today is the start of Mays challenge at Crafty Calendar.

The theme this month is "Things with Wings" with the optional choice of using some acetate.

The winner will receive a $15 gift certificate to use at Whimsy Stamps!

I just love the new Elisabeth Bell stamps that Whimsy have released...just adorable!
