I have coloured her with Promarkers and polychomos pencils. I am getting much better with my poly pencils. They are so good for blending and easy to use!

Emmas Gift for Elphine House Australia!

Hi, Hope your all well! Just a quick post tonight as i am not feeling so great...I have been changing  medication about the past few weeks and cant get right dose...i hope its all worth it! 

Its time for a new challenge at Elphine House Australia!

We had many beautiful entries last month... its great to see all those Elisabeth Bell images come out to play along with us!

This month the challenge theme is ..Make your own background...No Designer Papers!"

I love my designer papers so i was wondering what to make. Well what you see is NOT the card i first made. I had my card just about finished when Carrie came running in and knocked my Spun Sugar Re-Inker all over my desk and some splashed over my card! Laugh or Cry!? i didnt know what to do!!

Carrie looked at me and said in a totally serious voice "Oops...well to be honest Mum..i think that card maybe wasnt you best anyway!!"  What do you say to that!!

So here is my new card...which has been approved by Carrie! lol!

I used "Emma's Gift of Love" which you can buy from the Elphine House Australia Store.

She is coloured with Promarkers and Polychromos. 

Dies - Sizzix Thinlet Doily, Spellbinders Beaded and Classic Oval, Memory Box Vivienne, Butterfly Delights, Marianne Design Flourish and Spellbinders D-Lites antastic Flourish Three. The embossing folder is Floral Fantasy.

Flowers from Wild Orchid Craft and Ribbons, Lace, gems etc are all from Hobbycraft.

A Beary Big Hug!!

Hi! Hope you have got nice things planned for you weekend!

I have had a busy week with appointments for Carrie and myself so looking forward to a relaxing weekend.

I am here with a card that i made just for the fun of it...

This stamp is another of my old favourites from Elisabeth Bell. She is called "Beary Big Hugs" and was a Belles n Whistles stamp.

I have coloured her with Promarkers but a lot of the shading and colouring was done using my Polychromos Pencils. I love these pencils, they blend so well. They are quite expensive but i just add to my collection by buying a couple each time i am at the local craft store. 

Materials..

Image - Elisabeth Bell coloured with Promarkers and Polychromos Pencils stamped with Memento Ink

Papers - A mix of left over papers from Classic Calico, Pink Paislee Secret Crush and Authentique Sweetness. 

Dies - Spellbinders - Beaded Oval, Classic Oval, Grand Label 1, Love Locket.

Silhouette Windy Flourish and Memory box Butterfly Delights.

Embellishments - Flowers from Wild Orchid Craft. Tulle, Lace and button from Hobbycraft and Pearls from 

ebay.

Lil Lilian in Pink!!

Hi, Hope everyone has had a lovely week so far! 

I am just dropping by with my card that i made for The Digi Bells Blog today!

I have used the gorgeous Li'l Lillian from the amazing Digital Collections from Elisabeth Bell! 

I am sure you will all agree that this gorgeous image relates to everyone at some point in their lives, whether its memories from painting when you were a child or a memory of a time shared with your own children or grandchildren! It can also be used for any occasion!

Here is my card...and again i am using Pink and Grey...i have a thing about that colour combo at the moment!

Materials

I have used Promarkers and Polychromos to colour the image.

Papers are Secret Crush from Pink Paislee and Be Mine from Echo Park!

Dies - Marianne Doily, Martha Stewart Cicle Cutter.

Embellishements - Flowers from Wild Orchid Craft. Both kinds of Lace from Hobbycraft. Beads on the pin i made aswell as the gems are also from Hobbycraft. Feathers are from Country Baskets.

Here is a closer image....not sure why she looks so orange in this...not a great picture!

Crafty Calendar Challenge - Love is all around!!

Hello! I hope your having a great weekend! Its really cold here today...but still no snow! I must admit i do love the snow...its so beautiful. David reckons that i wouldnt like it so much if i had to drive in it. We live at the bottom of a small village set on a hill and only way out is up!! This means when the snow arrives everyone has to park their cars up at the top of the village and walk up the hill. 

Anyway here is my card for the Crafty Calendar Challenge that is now up and running!

The theme is "Love is all Around" and the sponsor this month is the very talented Hannah Lynn Art and Design. The prize is a 5x7 print of your own choice from the store!!!

Here is my card using Ladybug Love Digistamp coloued with Promarkers and Polychromos Pencils. I have just started using the Poly Pencils and they are fab! Still in need of pactice though.
